The above Committee Members are responsible for officiating clinics in MSI. Clinics should be scheduled with the Officials Chair prior to the clinic. All fees (USA and MSI) should be sent to the Chair upon completion. Provisional cards will then be issued. Renewals will be issued by the chair.
